Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Confident Pre-School Eaters community.

This is a supportive space for parents who understand the challenges of selective eating and want encouragement without judgement.

Please remember:

Be kind and supportive

Every child and every family is different. Please respect other parents' experiences and celebrate each other's small wins.

Progress looks different for every child

Try not to compare your child to others. Progress isn't always measured by what's eaten.

No judgement

This is a pressure-free space for parents too. We're all doing our best.

Celebrate small wins

A child looking at, touching or helping prepare a food can be just as important as tasting it.

No medical advice between members

Please avoid giving individual medical or nutrition advice to other parents. What works for one child may not be appropriate for another.

Protect your family's privacy

Please avoid sharing personal information about your child or other family members.

Setbacks Are Normal

Progress is rarely a straight line. There will be easier weeks and harder weeks, and that's completely normal. A setback doesn't mean you've failed or that all progress has been lost.

Thank you for helping to create a safe, supportive and encouraging community.
