Why Cooking with Kids Matters:

Cooking with kids is not only a fun bonding activity but also a valuable learning experience. It teaches them important life skills like following instructions, measuring ingredients, and kitchen safety. Plus, involving children in meal preparation encourages them to try new foods and develop healthy eating habits from a young age.

The Benefits of Yogurt Toast:

Yogurt toast is a fantastic option for busy parents and picky eaters alike. It’s quick to make, requires minimal ingredients, and offers a perfect balance of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats. The creamy Greek yogurt provides a good source of calcium and probiotics, while the fruits add a pop of colour and natural sweetness.
