Watermelon Kiwi Yoghurt Ice Lollies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 large Watermelon diced
  • 2-3 Kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cup Greek yoghurt or plain yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Measure out all in the ingredients.
  • Cut & blend the diced watermelon in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
  • Cut & blend the sliced kiwis in a separate blender until smooth. Set aside.
  • Layer the watermelon puree into ice lolly moulds & freeze until set.
  • Layer the kiwi puree into ice lolly moulds & freeze until set.
  • Layer the yoghurt mixture into ice lolly moulds, insert ice lolly sticks into the moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the ice lollies from the moulds and enjoy!

Notes

Allergies: Milk product. You can substitute yoghurt with a plant based milk alternative.
Can freeze for 3 months.
