This Soft, Gooey Fudge Could Be Your Mealtime Breakthrough

Easter Fudge

If your little one struggles with fussy eating and food sensory challenges, this Easter fudge recipe is a brilliant way to get them involved without stress. It’s soft, smooth, and oh-so-sweet — perfect for exploring without pressure.
And the best part? You can tweak this fudge for any time of year!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 43 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 600 grams white chocolate
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 family pack min eggs (270g)

Instructions
 

  • Slow Cooker Method:
  • Add the chocolate, condensed milk, and any flavourings e.g. 2 tsp vanilla extract to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for up to 45 minutes, lid off. Stir every 15 minutes.
  • Once smooth, stir in half the mini eggs.
  • Pour into a lined tin and press the rest of the eggs on top.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Slice and serve!

Microwave Method:

  • Place chocolate and condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
  • Add half the mini eggs and mix well.
  • Pour into a lined tray and decorate with remaining eggs.
  • Chill for 4+ hours before slicing.

  • Christmas: Use crushed candy canes, mini snowmen chocolates, or festive sprinkles.
  • Halloween: Add spooky-shaped sweets, orange food colouring, or crushed Oreos.
  • Birthday parties: Try rainbow sprinkles, popping candy, or your child’s favourite sweets.
