Fruit Ice Cream
Want a cheaper and healthier alternative to shop bought ice lollies? This this no added sugar recipe is a must. It is a great way to expose your kids to fruit and try to increase their fruit intake. At Nutrition4kids we try and make food and snack ideas that are suitable for the whole family so everyone can enjoy them. This is one example! Cooking with kids should be fun and enjoyable. Make it a pressure free zone! This also helps your child’s confidence with cooking & become more accepting of foods too! They may even try the separate ingredients in the process! You can switch this up with different fruit combinations. Try strawberry & banana, mango, pineapple and papaya or mixed berries! You can also use this as a refreshing drink like Sarah did! She made this drink all by herself! Food Allergens: None.
