  • 1 packet baby potatoes
  • 1 small tub reduced fat creme fraiche
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 handful fresh mint and parsley
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Measure out all the ingredients.
  • Cook potatoes and allow them to cool.
  • Chop spring onions, parsley, and mint.
  • Add crème fraiche and lemon and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Notes

Babies- omit salt and offer cut potatoes with crème fraiche & blitzed herbs.
Allergies: Milk product. You can substitute with a plant based milk alternative.
Consume within 1-2 days.

Coleslaw

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/4 small cabbage
  • 1 purple onion
  • 2-3 tbsp lighter mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Measure out all ingredients.
  • Chop up all veg finely.
  • Add mayonnaise until well mixed.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Babies- chop up vegetables with the size and shape they can manage. Omit salt.
Allergies: Milk product. You can substitute mayo with a plant based milk alternative.
