Work with me

Bringing calm back to family mealtimes

Feeding support that meets your child where they are and helps you feel calmer at mealtimes.
Whether you’re starting solids, managing toddler chaos, supporting a fussy eater, or navigating sensory feeding challenges, I’ll help you bring calm, confidence and joy back to family food life.

Serving families across Northern Ireland, the UK and Ireland, online and in person.

How can I help?

Every child is different, and so is every family. That’s why I offer a range of flexible, expert-led support options to meet your child where they are.

Choose the one that best fits your needs below, or contact us below if you’re not sure where to start.

Fussy Eater Support

For children who limit foods, avoid whole food groups or refuse to try new things. Gentle, practical guidance to reduce mealtime stress and support your child’s confidence around food.

Neurodivergent child refusing most foods, eating only beige items and showing distress at mealtime.

Neurodivergent & Sensory Feeding Support

For autistic, ADHD or sensory-sensitive children who find eating challenging. Understand your child’s sensory needs and create calm, predictable mealtimes that feel safe and positive.

Toddler Feeding Support

For little ones aged 1–4 who are learning independence at mealtimes. Support to handle food refusal, encourage variety and prevent mealtime battles before they start.

Weaning Support

Group sessions & Talks

I also run group workshops and talks for parents, nurseries, schools and community organisations on topics like weaning, toddler feeding and fussy eating.

Registered with the BDA & HCPC

I’m registered with both the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

The BDA is the professional body for dietitians in the UK, and the HCPC is the regulatory organisation that ensures dietitians meet strict standards for training, professionalism, and safe practice.

This means you can feel confident that the support and advice you receive is evidence-based, ethical, and delivered by a fully regulated healthcare professional.

Award-Winning Paediatric Dietetic Support

My work has been recognised through multiple national awards, including Paediatric Nutrition Professional of the Year, Paediatric Nutrition Innovator of the Year (UK), Best Specialist Paediatric Nutrition Service (UK), Excellence Award in Sensory Feeding Support (UK), and Paediatric Dietitian of the Year.

While these awards are a wonderful honour, what matters most is helping families feel calmer, more confident and supported. My goal is to provide practical, personalised advice that creates realistic, lasting progress for your child.
